Find Clarity, Resolve Conflict, and Rebuild Trust — One Conversation at a Time

Professional Mediation & Conflict Coaching Services for Families, Communities, and Care Teams

You’ve likely found your way here because you’re experiencing a conflict—perhaps with a family member, friend, or professional colleague—and you’re looking for a way to resolve it without going to court or involving lawyers. Mediation offers a collaborative, respectful path forward. With my training and experience, I can help guide you toward a resolution that feels fair and sustainable. Whether or not the other party is involved from the start, I can support you in clarifying your needs and identifying the best steps toward greater peace and understanding.

My areas of focus include healthcare mediation, community mediation and family mediation with a specific interest in elder care issues. Maybe you and your siblings cannot agree on how or where to take care of a parent. Perhaps you need assistance navigating complex healthcare decisions. Or maybe you and your neighbor are in disagreement over your shared fence. Whatever the situation, I bring a calm, neutral presence to help you move forward.

I offer mediation sessions both in person, only for clients from Northern California and virtually via secure Zoom meetings for all. My role is to facilitate open, respectful conversations where all parties feel heard and acknowledged. When people feel truly listened to, understanding often follows, and with understanding comes the possibility of a mutually satisfying agreement

If you’re in conflict but not quite ready to enter into mediation, that’s okay. My coaching services may be a helpful first step. In a one-on-one setting, we can explore your situation in depth, clarify your concerns, and identify strategies that bring insight and direction. Coaching can be an empowering way to navigate conflict on your terms.
